Dave's Music
Since the 1960s, I’ve been playing and writing jazz, blues, and classically oriented music. During the pandemic, I was inspired to deepen that work by studying formal composition. This website is a place for me to bring my music into the world — to share my compositions, invite you to listen, and, if you wish, perform what I write. I’m also collaborating with my brothers, who are accomplished musicians in their own right. Some of the music here is meant for reflection, some is available for purchase, and all of it is created in the spirit of curiosity, craft, and enjoyment. I’d love to connect with you and share this work. Comments and conversation are always welcome. My music is a fusion of jazz, blues, and classical traditions.
